You will drive operational excellence, regulatory readiness, and scalable service delivery across teams, partnering with executive leadership and clients. The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and talent development to sustain a high-performing organization that delivers accurate results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transaction tax compliance with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading managers and overseeing large compliance operations.
• Deep knowledge of transaction tax compliance regulations and filing requirements.
• Ability to assess risk, implement controls, and drive compliance excellence.
• Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder influence abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Transaction Tax Compliance organization.
• Own compliance operations, ensuring timely filings and payments per regs and contracts.
• Establish standards, controls, and guidelines to mitigate risk and ensure consistency.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee transitions from implementation to compliance production; ensure readiness.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues, audits, and client concerns.
• Plan staffing, capacity, and workforce strategy to meet demand; lead talent development.
• Support recruitment and hiring; oversee audit readiness and SOC-related audits.
• Collaborate with leadership to support client discussions and service positioning.
• Conduct regular leadership meetings; participate in business development efforts.
