Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Transaction Management to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead strategic real estate transaction efforts that support client business objectives across complex portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of transaction leadership, financial insight, and stakeholder management to help drive cost savings, portfolio optimization, and effective execution. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external resources to shape transaction strategy and deliver strong outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $153,850 – $181,000 annually
