Job summary

Skan AI is seeking a strategic Enablement leader to build and lead Skan University, creating certification tracks and learning journeys for internal consultants, customers, and partners.

You will productize content, develop hands-on labs and scenario-based exercises, and drive time-to-productivity for teams and customers with AI-powered content delivery. This role invites cross-functional collaboration across enterprise clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• The end-to-end enablement strategy — certification tracks, credentials, and structured learning journeys for three audiences: internal AI Solutions Consultants, customers, and delivery partners.
• A productized content library — instructor-led and self-paced / on-demand modules, hands-on labs, scenario-based exercises, assessments and reusable delivery accelerators, all stitched into Skan University.
• A partner-enablement motion that certifies external delivery teams so they can extend our execution and scale our reach.
• Time-to-productivity for new hires and time-to-certified for customers and partners as the headline success metrics.
• A team of Training Coordinators, Trainers and Content Creators — and the AI tooling that multiplies their output.
• AI-first enablement — using AI to generate, personalize, translate and continuously refresh content, and to keep curriculum current with every platform release.

Build and lead Skan University — the certification program, role-based learning journeys and reusable delivery playbooks that make our consultants, our customers and our partners genuinely productive on the platform, fast. You turn scattered know-how into a repeatable, AI-first enablement engine that becomes a competitive advantage: better-prepared people, faster time-to-value, and a partner ecosystem that can deliver to our bar.

What you own

• Instructional-design instinct plus enough technical depth to turn a complex AI platform into clear, applied learning journeys.
• AI-first: uses AI to author, personalize and maintain content and to compress build cycles dramatically.
• Strong program ownership — designs curricula, schedules and tracks cohorts, ships on time, and measures real impact.
• Comfortable enabling three audiences at once — internal consulting, enterprise customers, and delivery partners.
• Knows how a certification credential drives both internal quality and partner-ecosystem growth.
