Job summary

Walmart is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to define and execute strategy for Traffic Foundation platforms. You will lead architecture, delivery, and operations of large-scale traffic systems powering Walmart's global digital experiences.

Bring deep expertise in distributed systems, networking, and platform engineering, plus a track record of building high-performing teams and driving transformations with reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with 6+ years software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience as an alternative.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Traffic Foundation platforms.
• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior engineers across global teams.
• Oversee the design and operation of distributed systems at scale.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and cloud adoption.
