Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Director of Trade User Experience to lead a high-impact portfolio of trading work across mobile, web, and desktop. You will manage a multidisciplinary design team, set direction, and partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content to deliver expert-level experiences for active and portfolio traders.

You will drive modernization of the trading experience, apply AI-enabled design practices, and balance speed with depth, accuracy, and risk governance

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams across design, product, research, and engineering.
• Deep experience shaping large-scale digital experiences in trading or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate trading needs and data into clear, usable interfaces.
