Job summary

Formed For seeks a Director of Trade & Strategic Partnerships to build a trade program and develop relationships that bring sculpture projects into design firms, developers, and hospitality clients.

You will shape how partners discover, specify, present and purchase our artworks, manage accounts, and lead a commercial strategy to drive repeat business. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B relationships in architecture or luxury design.
• Proven track record of winning projects and growing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of how designers select artwork for projects.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and individual designers.
• Entrepreneurial and able to build scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Build our trade program, including partner benefits, pricing recommendations, service levels and resources.
• Develop relationships with architecture and interior design firms, developers, hospitality groups, art consultants and other trade partners.
• Grow major accounts by building relationships across each firm and identifying current and upcoming projects.
• Turn introductions and presentations into active opportunities through strong follow-up and account planning.
• Work with our team to create the materials designers need to specify our work, including renderings, specifications, finish information, samples and presentation tools.
• Keep partners engaged through collection previews, studio events, project consultations and collaborative presentations.
• Own the trade CRM, manage the pipeline and track active partners, repeat specifications and trade-generated revenue.
