Bespoke Careers is seeking a Director to lead design initiatives across a real estate and development portfolio in Los Angeles. This strategic leader translates concepts into buildable outcomes while balancing creativity, budget, and schedule.

The Director will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors from concept through completion, ensuring design quality and alignment with project goals. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, or development.
• Strong design sensibility across interiors, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Experience managing consultants, vendors, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with construction documents and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop design concepts, presentations, studies, and visuals.
• Manage consultants and project teams to maintain quality, budget, and timeline.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings; support coordination.
• Identify and resolve design and construction challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership on broader design initiatives.
• Build relationships with consultants and vendors.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture.
