Enviva is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and payroll programs globally. This role directs policies, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with senior leadership to align rewards with business strategy. Hybrid work, travel up to 25%, and global experience are valued.

The candidate will manage HRIS systems, oversee salary structures, annual bonuses, and benefits programs while mentoring a team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; CCP/CBP desired.
• 10+ years in compensation, benefits, and payroll with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and international exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS/HCM platforms and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs Total Rewards policies and initiatives; communicates programs and leads change management.
• Partners with HR leadership and executives to align rewards with organizational priorities.
• Oversees compensation strategies, salary structures, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
• Oversees benefits programs design, open enrollment, vendor partnerships, and compliance.
• Leads payroll operations and related processes; ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Leads audits and mentors Compensation, Benefits and Payroll teams.
