LifeCenter Northwest in the greater Seattle area is seeking a Director of Tissue Donation Services to lead TDS operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance the organization's mission. You will collaborate with hospital development, manage staff, and drive strategic plans and budgets while maintaining high-quality processes and strong external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree; CTBS certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in a management role with leadership experience.
• At least 8 years in tissue donation operations understanding business systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TDS operations ensuring compliance with laws and FDA/AATB.
• Develop and manage departmental budget and drive cost efficiency.
• Lead staff, set performance goals, and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Hospital Development to improve donation conversion.
• Participate in regional and national committees and industry events.
