DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank (DCIDS) seeks a dynamic Director of Processing Operations to design, implement, and oversee all processing functions. You will drive a culture of quality, collaborate on new products, and align processing goals with company strategy under the Sr. Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in tissue banking leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and CTBS is a plus. The role supports an organization serving nationwide donation and tissue distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3 years of tissue banking leadership experience required.
• CTBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all processing-related operations to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, and equipment/facilities in processing operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across processing.
• Ensure final product quality and on-time delivery to customers.
• Mentor processing leadership with growth and development plans.
