Hometown Soccer Holdings is seeking a Manager of Office and Business Operations to keep the front office running smoothly in the Pacific Northwest.
Based on site, this full-time role reports to the VP of Operations and Business Administration and involves hands-on coordination of events, staffing, vendor management, and internal processes.
You will drive office culture, support annual planning, oversee onboarding, and ensure the club operates efficiently on game days and beyond.
Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, deeply connected to their communities and poised for long-term success. We're launching a new professional soccer club in the Pacific Northwest region and seeking talented individuals to join us. We're looking for builders — entrepreneurial operators who thrive with real ownership of their work, are comfortable moving fast, and are energized rather than intimidated by a blank slate. This is not an environment for people who need an established playbook; it's for people who want to write one, and who see the scrappiness of building something from scratch as an incredible opportunity. In return, you'll get outsized responsibility, direct exposure to club leadership, and the chance to leave your fingerprints on a new organization from day one. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Business Administration, the Manager of Office and Business Operations keeps our front office humming — stepping in as the VP's second-in- command on game days and owning critical day-to-day business operational details the rest of the year. The ideal candidate moves comfortably between planning support and hands‑on execution and takes ownership of the details that keep a small team functioning well. This position is based in the Pacific Northwest region and will be predominantly on-site. The exact location of this new club will be announced publicly in the near future. Qualified candidates who advance to the interview stage will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving additional details about the location. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a professional soccer organization at a foundational moment — contributing to a new club launch, front office, systems, and team culture that will carry the club for years to come. Location: Pacific Northwest Region Reports To: Vice President of Operations and Business Administration Classification: Full time, non-exempt Travel: Up to 5%

You're two things at once - the maître d' of our office and the calm one with all the answers on gameday. Our office is your domain and you couldn’t be more proud of it. You know that getting the details right is only half the job and the other half is how people feel. You greet a visitor by name, have a new hire's desk ready with a note from the team, and turn something a coworker mentioned in passing into a small, unexpected gesture. You run a tight ship when it comes to supplies, vendors and budgets. You’re always looking for ways to make the office culture unique and special, because the way our staff feels at work is how they'll treat fans and partners. And on gameday, when the sponsor banner arrives the wrong size, the credential list is missing names or rain shows up an hour before kickoff, you've usually seen it coming, and when you haven't, you're the one who stays steady and fixes it. You carry the run-of-show and the backup plan. If you don't have the answer, you'll get it in five minutes. You handle the work nobody else thinks about, like ice in the cooler, pens at will-call and the storage key that went missing, and you're happiest when most people never knew there was a problem. You're also the VP's go-to partner on the annual review cycle, the intern program, business planning and whatever else a brand new soccer club needs that week. The list keeps changing. You like it that way.
