You will lead a portfolio-wide strategy to identify and engage healthcare professionals and patient ambassadors, ensuring compliant, impactful external engagement aligned with brand objectives. The role combines brand strategy with field engagement, congress planning, and cross‑functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least ten years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or field engagement.
• Experience leading healthcare professional speaker programs or ambassador initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the portfolio-wide opinion leader and ambassador strategy across U.S. Metabolic Conditions.
• Build compliant relationships with healthcare professionals through targeted field engagement and forums.
• Lead speaker bureau, peer‑to‑peer programs, and patient ambassador initiatives across brands.
