Job summary

Optum CPS is seeking a Director, Clinical Pharmacy Patient Care to lead the growth, development and operational performance of CPS Telepharmacy from the Naperville, IL office.

This role directs remote order entry, transition of care, medication management and other services, while aligning with sales, marketing and corporate goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large call centers and 5+ years in management, with ACPE degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy preferred.
• 5+ years in a large Call Center or related environment.
• 5+ years in a managerial level capacity (Healthcare preferred).
• Experience managing contract operations including contract administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15% by air or car away from home location.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial and operational performance of CPS Telepharmacy.
• Set action plans, indicators, timetables, and performance measures.
• Develop long-term and short-term business operating and financial goals including budgets.
• Evaluates Telepharmacy statistics for performance and compliance.
• Develops and implements standards, policies and procedures and training.
• Creates performance metrics and reports for senior management.
• Analyzes operations of the contact center and drives efficiency.
• Ensures telepharmacy services meet legal, regulatory and ethical standards.
• Allocates resources to meet current and future demands.
