Job summary

Optum’s CPS team in Naperville, IL, is hiring a per diem Telepharmacy Clinical Pharmacist to join a fast-paced centralized facility. You’ll address patient questions and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other providers by phone and live camera, delivering top-tier pharmaceutical care across the country.

The role requires a pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD), Illinois license in good standing, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from ACPE accredited school.
• Current Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing or ability to obtain before start.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems.
• Ability to use drug literature to provide information to patients and prescribers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our patient care team.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare providers via phone and live feed camera.
