Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Naperville, IL seeks an experienced SVP, Telepharmacy to lead CPS Telepharmacy's growth, development and operations. You will direct remote order entry, care transitions, and medication management, aligning financial and clinical outcomes with organizational goals.

Primary responsibilities include establishing strategy, budgets, and performance metrics while ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service across all telepharmacy offerings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred (ACPE accredited).
• Pharmacist license in Illinois in good standing.
• 5+ years in a large Call Center or related environment.
• 5+ years in a managerial level capacity in healthcare.
• Experience managing contract operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15% by air or car.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational performance of CPS Telepharmacy.
• Develop strategies to ensure efficient, safe, compliant services.
• Establish action plans, metrics and budgets for operations.
• Monitor Telepharmacy statistics and ensure call center standards.
• Create standards, training programs and quality controls.
• Provide reports and analyses to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance across services.
• Allocate resources to meet current and future demands.
