Job summary

CPS, part of the Optum family within UnitedHealth Group, seeks a per diem Telepharmacy Clinical Pharmacist for a centralized facility in Naperville, IL. The role supports nationwide patient care from a top-tier, collaborative environment.

You will serve as an integral member of the patient care team and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other providers via phone and a live feed camera. Evening, weekend, and day shifts are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing or ability to obtain before start.
• Experience with pharmacy information systems and pharmacy references.
