As Director, Telecom Programs Manager, you will lead the on-schedule, cost-effective delivery of LA28's telecommunications program in the years leading up to the Games. You will turn strategy into detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for venue-based telecom deployments, and coordinate telecom partners, venue teams, and the technology integrator to hit every milestone. You will build trusted relationships with suppliers, venue management, and regulatory bodies, manage day-to-day execution, and report clearly to senior leadership. This is a senior delivery role for a leader who thrives on complexity, ambiguity, and immovable deadlines.
Telecom is the connective tissue of the Games, linking every venue, team, and operation. The program you deliver decides whether competition and non-competition venues stay connected under real Games-time pressure, making this one of the most consequential technology roles at LA28.
The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $182,000.
The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
