Job summary

Humana is seeking an architecture leader within CenterWell IT – Cross-CenterWell Architecture to drive end-to-end solution designs across home health initiatives and interoperability projects. You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, and data teams to align cloud, data, and governance strategies.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure, Snowflake/Databricks, and AI capabilities, plus a track record of delivering scalable reference architectures and compliant designs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 years of IT experience in architecture/engineering, information security, or similar
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems
• Hands-on architecture in Azure and Snowflake/Databricks
• Leadership in producing reference architectures and governing designs
• Strong API/event-driven integration, security, and NFRs
• Experience with generative AI, multi-cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS), Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives
• Develop and maintain reference architectures and patterns for data platform and interoperability
• Lead governance checkpoints and ensure designs meet guardrails and privacy/security
• Partner with product/engineering to translate designs into runnable architectures
• Define integration contracts and data flow boundaries for provider data and EMR
• Engage executives and delivery teams with clear decision communication
