Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of progressive IT experience related to architecture/engineering or security.
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems; HIPAA/PHI experience.
• Hands-on architecture across Azure services and Snowflake/Databricks data platforms.
• Leadership in reference architectures and governance of designs across multiple teams.
• Strong APIs/event-driven integration, security models, and non-functional requirements.
• Generative and agentic AI experience across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS with production-grade capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations, and insight.
• Create and maintain reference architectures for data platforms and interoperability patterns.
• Lead governance checkpoints, risk reviews, and ensure compliance with guardrails and privacy/security.
• Partner with product/engineering to convert designs into executable runways and de-risk delivery with NFRs.
• Define integration contracts for provider data, EMR, and cloud data platforms; ensure observability and data protection.
• Engage executives and delivery teams; communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
