Humana Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Director of Technology Solutions to lead end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives, translating business outcomes into actionable designs across systems of experience, operations, and insight.

You will partner with product, engineering, EA, security, data, and operations, aligning delivery with cloud and data strategies, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of progressive IT experience in architecture/engineering or related tech fields.
• 5+ years in solution architecture within healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems; regulated environments (HIPAA/PHI).
• Hands-on Azure and Snowflake/Databricks experience with data platforms.
• Leadership in reference architectures and governance across multiple teams.
• Strong APIs/event-driven integration, security models, and NFRs (availability, performance, resilience).
• Generative & Agentic AI, multi-cloud with Google Cloud, Azure, AWS and related tools for production AI capabilities.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management across product, engineering, and enterprise functions.

Responsabilidades

• Architectural leadership: Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations, and insight.
• Reference architectures & patterns: Create and maintain data platform and interoperability patterns; drive reuse across CenterWell.
• Governance & compliance: Lead architecture checkpoints; ensure designs meet guardrails, privacy and security requirements.
• Delivery enablement: Partner with product and engineering to turn concepts into executable architectural runways with measurable NFRs.
• Data & integration strategy: Define contracts and boundaries for provider data, EMR, and cloud data platforms with observability.
• Stakeholder engagement: Coordinate with CenterWell leaders, security, and CIO teams; communicate decisions to executives and delivery teams.
