Job summary

Humana seeks an experienced Director of Technology Solutions to lead end-to-end architectural design across CenterWell programs, aligning delivery teams to cloud and data strategies. You will govern solution designs, validate against enterprise standards, and drive integration of provider data across CenterWell and Humana Insurance.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, data, and operations, shaping reference architectures and ensuring delivery readiness with strong NFRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of progressive IT experience in architecture/engineering or security.
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems (HIPAA/PHI).
• Hands-on architecture across Azure services and Snowflake/Databricks.
• Leadership in producing reference architectures and governing designs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations, and insight.
• Author and maintain reference architectures and design patterns for data platforms and interoperability.
• Lead governance checkpoints and ensure designs meet enterprise guardrails and privacy/security requirements.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate designs into executable architectural runways.
• Define integration contracts for provider data, EMR, and data platforms with observability and data protection.
• Engage senior stakeholders and communicate decisions to executives and delivery teams.
