Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6 years in project/program management or related area.
- Alternative: 8 years of project/program management experience.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and partner with planning and execution of Search, Personalization and Walmart Connect programs.
- Define program charters and baselines across content retrieval and ranking.
- Establish dynamic business dials to arbitrate search experiences in real time.
- Build cross-functional alignment and influence decision-makers through data analysis.
- Translate commercial requirements into actionable search and ad-tech strategies.
