Job summary
Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Technology Operations in Sunnyvale to shape strategy for Ratings & Reviews across Walmart Marketplace. You’ll own business priorities, influence product direction, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable digital products and experiences.
You’ll drive performance, partner with Product and Engineering, and develop talent in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on measurable outcomes and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Or 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with AI or GenAI technologies; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define business strategy, product portfolio, and long-term vision for Ratings & Reviews by defining priorities and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver seller-facing products and platform capabilities with KPIs and investment priorities.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, GTM, Marketing and other partners to drive growth and remove blockers.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of managers and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
