Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
• 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or SOA.
• 3+ years building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud services, preferably AWS.
• 3+ years building scalable products & platforms.
• 3+ years experience with Agile delivery.
• 3+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM/Delivery strategy and scale tooling across portfolios.
• Drive program roadmap aligned with business objectives and dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and architectural alignment.
• Escalation point for program risks influencing senior leadership on tradeoffs.
• Ensure measurable outcomes like availability, cost efficiency, and developer velocity.
