Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Release Management, or Engineering Operations at director-level scope.
• Experience owning end-to-end planning and execution for complex engineering initiatives spanning multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency, systems thinking, and executive-level reporting and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution across multi-team programs with engineering and product leadership.
• Set strategy to improve release model predictability and manage scope changes and dependencies.
• Architect and run engineering operating cadence, including leadership readouts and quarterly business reviews.
• Translate strategy into execution plans, success criteria, and reporting standards across the org.
• Define org-wide success metrics for quality, release health, and velocity.
• Lead ambiguous, high-priority initiatives requiring structure and executive visibility.
• Mentor other program managers and engineering leaders to raise operating discipline.
