Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline; sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 10+ years in technical program management or related technology fields.
• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or teams.
• Significant experience managing large-scale technology or product-development programs.
• Demonstrated experience with program financial management, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Physical AI and software programs from business case and concept through proof of concept, development, testing, customer deployment, productization and launch.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, ownership and execution plans.
• Drive cross-team prioritization and alignment, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical dependencies, resources and investment.
• Connect the dots across programs and teams, identify dependencies, risks and gaps early, and drive timely decisions and resolutions.
• Establish and continuously improve processes, operating mechanisms and execution rhythms that bring clarity, accountability and predictability to rapidly evolving programs.
• Own program and portfolio financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, resource planning, cost tracking and financial performance.
• Provide leadership across the UX portfolio, ensuring UX priorities and resources are aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs and program commitments.
• Partners with UX and Product leaders to ensure customer experience and user needs are integrated early in the product-development lifecycle, from discovery and concept through productization.
• Partner closely with AI, Engineering, Product Management, UX, Operations, Finance, Sales and business leaders to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Establish influential partnerships across a global, matrixed organization and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive execution against committed scope, schedule, resources, budget and business outcomes, while adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
• Recommend and drive improvements to products, programs and ways of working based on insights from internal and external stakeholders.
• Help build a high-performing Technical Program Management organization, with strong standards, operating rhythms and a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Enable the transition of innovative concepts and customer pilots into repeatable, scalable product offerings that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
