McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Delivery Transformation to establish a scalable operating model for the Digital organization.

You will drive a value-based portfolio and delivery approach, aligning leaders, processes, governance, and tooling to deliver predictable software, data, AI, and technology capabilities. This delivery-leadership role focuses on envisioning through maintenance, improving flow, capacity, and making delivery status

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent experience.
10+ years in technical program management or related fields.
Experience leading enterprise Agile/SAFe transformations.
Strong governance, planning cadence, and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a standardized portfolio-management operating model.
Lead SAFe and Agile transformation across the Digital organization.
Coordinate cross-team delivery and ensure alignment with strategy and value.
Establish release-readiness criteria and governance artifacts.
