As a product leader within the Core Cloud Technology product management team, you will develop and execute strategies for our cloud infrastructure platform, aiming to simplify and accelerate enterprise cloud transitions. You will support cloud adoption, collaborate on roadmaps, secure investments, and enable new platform capabilities, impacting platform direction and outcomes. You will work with product managers and technologists to advance cloud initiatives at UnitedHealth Group.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., tackling challenging projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of product strategy for the public cloud infrastructure platform, aligning with company goals.
• Partner with other product leaders to ensure cohesive cloud capabilities and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather market data and define needs.
• Integrate user experience and application strategies for optimal results.
• Coordinate solution research activities with relevant teams.
• Create requirements and user stories with application teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of platform commitments, managing risks and issues.
• Build collaborative relationships with strategic partners, fostering innovation and growth.
• Develop business cases and value stories, participating in funding processes.
• Establish and utilize application metrics to derive insights and inform the product roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, with a focus on product vision, go-to-market strategies, and design leadership.
• 5+ years of experience using data and metrics to justify requirements, build business cases, and measure product performance.
• 3+ years of experience leading diverse technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Owner or Product Manager certification.
• Experience managing platforms used by large user bases.
• Experience in building applications in public cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) or related certifications.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Aha, GitHub, and DevOps practices.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Remote work adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually, based on full-time employment, with compensation factors including market, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
