We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead our team of product managers within our Cloud and Platform Engineering organization. This pivotal role focuses on driving the development and maintenance of our internal developer platforms, including public cloud enablement, Generative AI developer tools, and infrastructure platforms as managed services. You will partner with key senior leaders across enterprise technology teams, security, and CIO organizations to execute our cloud and developer platform strategy and drive adoption. Responsibilities include full product lifecycle management, strategy, design, development, management, and end-of-life of products, leveraging market insights to identify opportunities and adjust offerings. The role requires deep subject matter expertise, technical aptitude, and accountability for product performance and P&L. You will also manage cross-functional stakeholders, functioning as a technical expert familiar with modern development practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  2. Product Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the internal developer platform aligned with enterprise objectives.
  3. Cohesive Developer Experience: Ensure seamless integration of platforms and technologies for an efficient developer experience across application teams.
  4. Platform Development: Oversee development and integration of capabilities supporting cloud enablement, Generative AI tools, and infrastructure platforms as managed services.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track KPIs to measure success and impact of the developer platform.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, cloud operations, and application teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adoption of platform capabilities.
  7. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and adoption (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  8. Product Lifecycle Management: Design, develop, and manage activities from product definition through release and end-of-life, establishing thought leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology product management
  • 5+ years with public cloud technologies, developer tools, and infrastructure platforms
  • 4+ years leading and scaling product management teams
  • 3+ years working with developer platforms and application development teams’ needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced certifications in cloud or product management
  • 3+ years experience with Agile frameworks (Aha, Rally, GitHub, etc.)
  • 3+ years experience with cloud and AI regulatory/compliance requirements

The salary range is $150,200 to $288,500 annually, based on factors like location, experience, and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
