We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead our team of product managers within our Cloud and Platform Engineering organization.

This pivotal role focuses on driving the development and maintenance of our internal developer platforms, including public cloud enablement, Generative AI developer tools, and infrastructure platforms as managed services. You will partner with key senior leaders across enterprise technology teams, security, and CIO organizations to execute our cloud and developer platform strategy and drive adoption. Responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle with a technical focus—strategy, design, development, management, and end-of-life of products. You will leverage market insights to understand customer needs and emerging technology trends to identify new opportunities or adjust current offerings. The role requires deep subject matter expertise, technical aptitude, and accountability for product performance, updates, and P&L management. You will also manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, functioning as a technical expert in development concepts and modern practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  2. Product Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the internal developer platform aligned with enterprise objectives.
  3. Cohesive Developer Experience: Ensure seamless integration of platforms and technologies to provide an efficient developer experience for application teams in the public cloud.
  4. Platform Development: Oversee development and integration of capabilities supporting cloud enablement, AI tools, and infrastructure platforms as managed services.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track KPIs to measure success and impact.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, cloud operations, and application teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adoption.
  7. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and adoption (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  8. Product Lifecycle Management: Design, develop, and manage activities for products from definition through end of life, acting as an industry thought leader.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in product management within enterprise technology and platforms
  • 5+ years with public cloud technologies, developer tools, and infrastructure platforms
  • 4+ years leading and scaling product management teams
  • 3+ years working with developer platforms and application development teams’ needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced certifications in cloud or product management
  • 3+ years with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks (e.g., Aha, Rally, GitHub)
  • 3+ years with regulatory and compliance requirements for cloud and AI technologies

The salary range is $150,200 to $288,500 annually, based on full-time employment and factors like location, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions. We offer diverse benefits and incentives regardless of where or when you start.
