Job summary

ABM is seeking a Director of Technical Operations in Santa Clara, CA to lead daily multi-site operations, ensuring service delivery and operational excellence.

You will oversee HR, accounting, budgeting, client relations, and CBA compliance across locations, manage projects, and implement procedures to meet customer contract requirements and drive client retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple sites to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
• Manage human resources, accounting, budgeting, marketing support, client relations, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBA).
• Oversee union operations across locations, including project management for initiatives aligning with client and company goals.
• Develop and implement procedures to meet customer-specific contract requirements across accounts and sites.
• Drive client retention and ensure operations run smoothly to meet customer and company expectations.

Job description

Compensation:

$190,000.00 - $220,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
