PGIM Technology seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise-wide programs that shape technology transformation across the organization. You will coordinate budgeting, contract management, and workforce planning while aligning with corporate centers and senior leadership.

Bring 10+ years in strategic program leadership, strong communication, and a collaborative, matrixed leadership style to drive inclusive, future-ready workforces. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic program leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives across geographies.
• Strong understanding of technology and global services functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs shaping technology transformation at PGIM.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, contract management and workforce planning.
• Manage day-to-day activities across corporate centers like finance, compliance, procurement, HR.
• Deliver accountability metrics and OKRs; plan communications and events.
• Partner with GTO/PGIM leadership and support strategic initiatives.
