Job summary

America At Work is seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to support a large Technology Infrastructure organization in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial reporting for a major portfolio, and partner closely with senior Technology leadership.

The role requires hands-on FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with Oracle or Hyperion. You will build financial models, develop business cases for major investments, drive TBM cost

Qualifications

• Strong Technology Finance experience and hands-on FP&A expertise.
• Experience owning a large, complex portfolio and partnering with senior executives.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle/Hyperion or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting for a large Technology portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior Technology leadership.
• Analyze performance, variances, risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
• Develop business cases for major technology investments.
• Provide hands-on financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Partner across Technology, Finance, Sourcing, Product, and other functions.
• Apply TBM principles to technology costs and P&L management.
• Drive financial and operational process improvements.
• Lead and develop Finance professionals and present recommendations to executives.
