HireVenture is seeking an experienced Director, Finance Business Partner – Technology Infrastructure to partner with senior technology leadership in budgeting, forecasting and strategic investments. This hybrid role requires hands-on FP&A, TBM knowledge, and strong executive communication.

The role reports to the VP and includes developing the finance team, managing a large portfolio, and driving process improvements across global teams. A Master’s degree in finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Business Partner in a technology organization.
• Advanced financial planning, forecasting and modeling skills.
• Ability to present to executives with clarity and impact.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion and TBM tools.
• Experience with TBM concepts and large technology portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for technology infra.
• Provide financial insights to senior technology leaders for decisions.
• Manage complex investments, contracts and business cases.
• Develop TBM based cost allocation and product P&L management.
• Lead and develop finance professionals; partner across functions.
