HV Talent Group is seeking an experienced Director, Finance Business Partner – Technology Infrastructure in O'Fallon, MO for a global digital payments leader. The role partners with technology leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and strategic investments across a large technology portfolio.

The candidate will perform hands-on FP&A, deliver executive‑level financial insights, and apply TBM and advanced Excel/Oracle/Hyperion skills.

Qualifications

• Finance leader with hands-on FP&A in technology infra.
• Experience partnering with senior technology leaders.
• Strong executive communication and portfolio oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a large tech portfolio.
• Provide insights to executives to improve financial performance.
• Develop business cases and evaluate investments and deals.
