Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 12-15+ years in technology consulting, software delivery or digital product development.
• Experience in professional services or consulting is required.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and client engagements independently.
• Strong foundation to engage with engineers and guide architecture and delivery decisions.
• Experience delivering modern digital products in collaboration with product, design and architecture teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery across four to five concurrent technology teams and client engagements.
• Own day-to-day leadership of select technology accounts and client partnerships.
• Develop delivery plans, staffing, governance, budgets and performance metrics across engagements.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance products and delivery.
• Coach and develop delivery and engineering leaders to build scalable capabilities.
