Job summary

The Director will collaborate with academic affairs, enrollment management, student life, and other areas, serving as a visible representative to prospective students, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in education or related field with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in pedagogy, teaching and learning, and faculty development.
• Experience designing and leading undergraduate academic programs and honors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Center for Teaching and Learning with strategic vision.
• Develop and advance an Honors Program to attract high-achieving students.
• Collaborate across academic affairs and enrollment management.
• Recruit and mentor Honors students; engage with external partners.
• Represent Newberry College to prospective students and families.
