The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR or talent management, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across a complex org.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years progressive HR or talent management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives and partnering with executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPHR designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a forward-looking workforce strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and Corporate HR to anticipate future needs and strengthen talent pathways.
• Utilize workforce analytics to translate needs into practical strategies and programs.
