Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Director of Human Resources to align HR initiatives with business objectives across designated units. This role partners with senior leadership to guide workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

The Director will lead a team of HR Business Partners, drive leadership development, succession planning, and the strategic application of HR policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Extensive HR leadership experience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior executives to design HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and policy compliance across units.
• Develop a high-performing HR team and coach HR Business Partners.
