Job summary

The Project Director, Talent Search Grant at Broward College, leads strategic direction, compliance, and administration for the federally funded REACH project serving middle and high school students. You will oversee planning, reporting, data collection, and stakeholder coordination to achieve grant objectives.

Responsibilities include managing staff, partnerships with CTACE/HANDY, budget oversight, and continuous program improvement, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and college

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, coordinating, or managing educational programs serving youth.
• Experience working with disadvantaged students and youth in educational settings.
• Experience coordinating counseling, academic advising, student support services, or related educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, planning, implementation, and operational oversight of the Talent Search Grant Project.
• Liaises with subrecipients and coordinates data collection, reporting, and compliance with federal regulations.
• Manages budget, fiscal accountability, personnel, and program evaluation for continuous improvement.
