Job summary

Broward College seeks a Project Director for the Talent Search REACH Grant to lead strategic oversight, ensure program compliance, and coordinate with Broward County partners to support college access and success for low‑income and first‑generation students.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least six years of experience in educational program management, with strong skills in governance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Six (6) years of progressive experience designing, implementing, coordinating, or managing educational programs serving youth.
• Experience with disadvantaged students; counseling, advising, or student support services is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse partners and stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, administration, and compliance oversight of the Talent Search REACH Grant project.
• Direct academic advising, career exploration, FAFSA and scholarship assistance, and college access activities.
• Supervise project staff; recruit, train, and evaluate personnel.
• Coordinate with schools, CTACE, HANDY, and other partners; manage subrecipient agreements.
