Broward College seeks a Senior Recruiter, Attraction and Selection, to lead the recruitment function across all staff categories. The role collaborates with hiring managers to develop customized sourcing strategies and to build a robust candidate pipeline in a high-volume environment.

The candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process, oversee outreach, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, providing expertise to administrators and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Daily full-cycle recruitment and hiring to build a viable candidate pool.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies via job boards and social platforms.
• Assist with interviews, background checks and reference verifications.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide weekly status updates.

Responsibilities

• Represent Broward College at job fairs and community outreach events.
• Lead hiring processes for PTS, Grants, ADM, Faculty, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in recruitment.
