Job summary

Rockbot is hiring a Director, Talent Acquisition (Head of TA), a player-coach leader who will build playbooks, training, and operating discipline to turn recruiting into a modern, AI-powered function. You will personally run our highest-impact searches while growing the in-house team.

Reporting to the VP, People & Talent, this role partners with executives to elevate hiring quality, implement AI tooling, and create dashboards that track recruiting health and velocity.

Qualifications

• Experience building leadership-level recruiting programs.
• Proven ability to scale Recruiting Operations with dashboards and AI.
• Strong partnering with executives and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting operations and playbooks for a modern TA function.
• Embed AI into workflows: sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting.
• Own executive searches and high-impact roles end-to-end.
• Develop and coach hiring managers to improve interview quality.
• Build dashboards giving real visibility into pipeline health and velocity.
