Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy and teams for Field and Support Center hiring, including executive searches. You will modernize high-volume bakery hiring with AI and analytics, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

The role is based at the Denver HQ, reports to the Chief People Officer, and includes a 20% annual bonus plus a long-term incentive plan. You will coach recruiters and partner with operations to align hiring with business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in high-volume and executive hiring.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams across field and HQ.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in recruiting and analytics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year TA strategy for Field and Support Center hiring.
• Lead executive searches (Director level and above) and manage external firms as needed.
• Own TA budget, including advertising, tech, agencies, and events.
• Build employer brand and recruitment marketing to attract bakery teams and leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI tools, ensuring fair and compliant hiring practices.
