Job summary

Bagel Brands, the parent company for Einstein Bros. Bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels, Noah’s NY Bagels, and Manhattan Bagel, seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition in Denver to lead field and support-center hiring.

You will modernize processes with AI, build a strong employer brand, and drive data-driven decisions that improve time-to-fill and quality of hire. The role requires 10+ years in TA, executive search experience, and a track record of leading teams and strategic initiatives across multi-state

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with high-volume and executive searches.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams (field and HQ).
• Experience implementing AI, automation in recruiting with measurable results.
• Strong analytics and dashboards for hiring metrics.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance.
• Excellent executive presence and communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year TA strategy and roadmaps for Field and Support Center.
• Advise CPO and leadership on labor markets and workforce planning.
• Own TA budget, advertising, tech, and agency partnerships.
• Build employer brand and recruitment marketing across bakery brands.
• Lead field recruiting for hourly bakery staff and managers.
• Oversee executive searches and partner with executive team.
• Ensure compliant and inclusive hiring practices.
• Develop analytics dashboards and report to leadership.
