This role defines the long‑term technology roadmap, embeds security from the ground up, and ensures robust, scalable, well‑governed IT systems across the enterprise and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include setting standards for the technology stack, evaluating new technologies, managing data warehouse and data integration, and governing AI/ML adoption with data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with a senior technical or architectural role.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IT systems and roadmaps.
• Direct experience with data warehouse technologies, ETL/ELT pipelines, and iPaaS tools.
• 3+ years hands-on Snowflake experience including data modeling and security.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric products and Power BI.
• Strong security by design, risk management, and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Defines standards and roadmaps for the entire technology stack to ensure consistency, scalability, and security.
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and performance.
• Provides architectural guidance for data warehouse, schemas, and access controls.
• Manages data integration across systems using iPaaS and related tools.
• Oversees ETL/ELT pipelines to move data into the warehouse for analysis.
• Ensures BI reporting is supported by reliable, secure data.
• Develops and governs responsible AI/ML adoption and governance.
• Defines training and enablement approaches for responsible AI usage.
