Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in system architecture including infrastructure, data platforms, and integrations.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience architecting scalable, enterprise-wide software solutions in complex, multi-project environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud and modern architecture (IaaS, PaaS, multi-cloud, CI/CD, DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of containerization, API gateways, service mesh, and modern service-to-service communication.
• Experience with enterprise and cloud databases and compliance (PCI DSS, SOX & GDPR).
• Ability to partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver value.
• Experience managing global/offsite teams and fostering diverse, high-performing environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for digital platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Define architecture roadmaps, patterns, and shared services across domains.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of platforms.
• Guide teams on system design, integration, and application architecture best practices.
• Oversee reliability, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution across systems.
• Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation across teams.
• Coach and develop engineers; manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Foster operational excellence and governance across platforms.
