Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project delivery, or related operations leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale project portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Strong understanding of performance contracting, design-build construction, energy infrastructure, mechanical/HVAC retrofits, or other complex infrastructure delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for construction and project management teams responsible for delivering large-scale sustainable infrastructure and performance contracting projects.
• Oversee the successful execution of a project portfolio exceeding $100 million, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget.
• Manage project delivery across multiple contract structures, including performance contracting, design-build, mechanical retrofits, energy conservation, and renewable energy initiatives.
• Establish project execution standards, resource plans, staffing requirements, and operational objectives to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, risk management, quality assurance, and contract administration.
• Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from early development and preconstruction through execution, closeout, and post-project evaluation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and enhanced project delivery performance.
