Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or project delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale project portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Strong understanding of ESPC, design-build delivery, energy infrastructure, or related models.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary project management and construction teams.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ability to evaluate conceptual designs and mitigate risks.
• Experience with subcontractor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera) and Procore.

• Manage delivery across performance contracting, design-build, mechanical retrofits, and energy projects.

• Lead lifecycle from development to closeout and post-project evaluation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance and profitability of the portfolio.
• Partner with leadership on annual plans, targets, and growth strategies.
• Support client relationships and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
