Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a direct sales team (TM/ATM) to meet revenue goals by product category and geography.
• Hire, coach, and develop direct sales staff; manage quarterly and annual plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Pricing, Medical Education) to optimize performance and process improvements.
• Prepare and control expense budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
